Postform Fabricator - Fargo, ND - DOE  Expand

Essential Functions:
- Work hours from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (occassional overtime)
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to work with hand held power tools
    ∙ Table Saw
    ∙ Router
    ∙ Heat Gun
    ∙ Staple Gun
    ∙ Other General millwork tools
- Able to read and interpret job plans.
- Able to handle all materials with care.

Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and intuitive
- Motivated, dedicated, and reliable.
- Knowledge of hand tools preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Safety attire, including safety toe boots (Safety Shoe Program available through HR).

Drafter - Fargo, ND - DOE  Expand

Job Responsibilities:
- Generally keeps hours from 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.
- Drafting quartz countertops.
- Drafing custom laminate and postform counterotps.
- Running photo templates, checking DFX drawings for accuracy.
- Filling in for other drafters and programming and tool path when necessary.
- Work with templaters: answer questions and review templaters performance.
- Experience with AutoCad preferred.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor Degree from accredited educational institution preferred .
- Major in Drafting or Engineering with a constructional background preferred.
- Base knowledge of the construction industry.
- Knowledge of cabinet, countertop manufacturing industries would be helpful.

Commercial Drafter - Fargo, ND - DOE  Expand

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting commercial countertops using drafting.
- Running photo templates, checking DFX drawings for accuracy.
- Filling in for residential drafters when necessary.
- Work closely with Commercial Project Manager.
- Work closely with template staff.

Qualifications:
- Commercial experience.
- 2-year degree in drafting or equal experience.
- Knoweledge of cabinet, countertop manufacturing industries would be helpful.

Install Leader - Bismarck - DOE  Expand

Essential Functions:
- Verify that install vehicle has correct tools needed daily.
- Load install vehicle accurately and timely.
- Ability to troubleshoot/handle issues that may arise.
- Be a team leader.
- Communication with customers at jobsite..
- Call into scheduling department after completion of each install.
- Install countertops of different materials: Granite, Quartz, Laminate, and Solid Surface.
- Willingness to work long hours, and some overnights stays are required.
- Responsible for accurate and precise installation. Installation requires jobsite problem solving as well as the ability to modify all materials we work with.
- Working with hand held power tools, including: Circular Saw, Jigsaw, Angle Grinder, and Mitre Saw

Requirements:
- Installation Requirements.
- Must posess a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- High School diploma and GED.
- Carpentry expensive preferred but willing to train!

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to read & intepret blueprints.
- Drafting/Auto CAD knowledge.
- Gather warranty information for jobs.
- Schedule jobs for deliveries if they do not require template or install.
- Forward files to template/install/production for scheduling.
- Enter all orders into database, ensuring correct routes & dates.
- Timely preparation & turnaround of quotes.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Follow up on orders.
- Contact customer for final order conformation.
- Responsible for processing confirmed orders.
- Ability to assist in estimating/drafting in other product lines. (as necessary)
- Assist in answering phones.
- Assist customers with color selection in the showroom. (duty depends on location)

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor Degree from accredited educational institution preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Major in business with a sales background a plus.
- Ability to use Auto CAD efficiently.
- Previous sales/customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Base knowledge of manufacturing/wholesale. cabinet, or countertops would be helpful.
